FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT

How do you start your day when your road map seems empty or if you are seeing road signs, that seem to point at different directions?

This is what happens especially when you are fresh at starting a new journey in life. When the job that gave you direction and routine suddenly comes to a screeching halt. When the dream you forged for seems to be crumbling into bits.

That’s when you need to fight the good fight for your day.

  • Do not trust in your lackadaisical feelings. They are deceptive.
  • Write a goal and get going. Look at your to do list and realize it is more than a list but actions that need to be implemented no matter how small.
  • Have an accountability partner. A friend that calls you up and checks on how you are doing.
  • Expose yourself to new environments, as this stimulates creativity.
  • Eat healthy mind filling foods and exercise.
  • Engage with the wider world and see how you can be a helping hand beyond yourself.
